By submitting my information to be considered as a Vivek Kitchen Cabinet Program member, I agree and acknowledge as follows:
- I am a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S. I will not solicit funds for Vivek 2024 from any non-U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
- Any contributions must be in compliance with federal laws and subject to contribution limits. In particular, I will not solicit funds from corporations, labor unions, national banks, or federal government contractors.
- I will not reimburse anyone for any contributions made to Vivek 2024.
If selected to participate:
- I will be compensated only under the payment terms of the Vivek Kitchen Cabinet Program. I agree to pay any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on those funds. I am subject to no restriction that would prohibit me from participating in Vivek Kitchen Cabinet Program.
- I will perform any services as an independent contractor of Vivek 2024 or its agents, and I will have no authority to enter into any contracts or conduct any business on behalf of Vivek 2024 or its agents. My services may be discontinued at any time in the sole discretion of Vivek 2024 or its agents.
- I agree to release and hold harmless Vivek 2024 and its agents conducting the Vivek Kitchen Cabinet Program from any liability related to it, or my participation in it.
